Vacation week!

Taking a week's vacation so don't expect much of an update on the blog site from me for a time. I know I haven't been blogging as much as I used to but I tend to forget to blog here sometimes. So sorry about that up front!! Also as a reminder for anyone who plans to get a Switch: you've got 2 weeks before it drops. ;3

Stupid shite

Apparently my 'first name & last name' rhyme. First off I LOATH my first name & yes this person who pointed out to me was trying to be 'cute' but I could hear this person snickering & I told them to stop it because I could up & leave their dumb 'pharmacy' & go to someplace else. That shut them up pretty quick, but it's how serious I am about people not calling me by my first name. Look because my parents were stupid & only called my by my middle name it isn't my fault that the government makes anything you have associated with you be associated with your first name. My parents were dumb, the government is dumb, don't be a snickering b**** & try to be cute because your dumb a** is jelly that I have a loyal husband who loves me & wouldn't leave me for anything. Even when I know that sometimes I tend to get really pissed off over stupid sh*t that don't mean anything.

More so since this person will graduate from pharmacy school, become a pharmacist & I'll never have to see their dumb a** again. Alleluia!

Been awhile I know lol

I don't like it when forumz seem to cater to other forum members that seem to be way more active then others. More so when that member tends to act like they're better then every one while ignoring the fact that your a member there too.

Random forum goer: Oh look I love a certain category another member likes & am glad to see some added to a random poll. NO ONE ELSE BUT ME LIKES THIS CATEGORY CAUSE ONLY I AM THE ONLY PERSON IN EXISTENCE. All the while I'm like; Er, pardon? I like the same category you do too you know. Just because I'm not super active as you are; doesn't mean I'm not there. So plz quit acting like your the only person who likes the same stuff I do & is the only member who counts for anything. *sighs deeply*

George Michael tribute channel

The world lost a legend on Christmas Day after the death of British pop star George Michael. In his honor, SiriusXM will launch a tribute channel dedicated to his memory on Wednesday, Jan. 4 at 12 p.m. ET.

Faith, the George Michael Tribute Channel, will air on channel 13 and will run through Jan. 10. It will feature music from the singer’s entire body of work. Fans will hear Michael’s earliest recordings with Wham!, his acclaimed collaborations with Elton John, Aretha Franklin and Queen, plus his solo hits. Michael’s 1987 solo debut album Faith produced four No. 1 singles and sold more than 25 million copies worldwide.

Prior to his death, Michael was said to be working on a solo album and putting the final touches on a special documentary about his famed career. He’s currently a nominee for induction into the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame in 2017. He died of heart failure at his home in England at the age of 53.

This is a very interesting read, according to what I posted above, he was in the middle of making an album along with a documentary about his life work. The later I knew about, but the album.. I had no clue he was working on. I hope it gets released. Even after his passing, though I suppose it's up to his estate & the label he worked with in the end. Still, I love that the SiriusXM channel will be doing a tribute to George Michael all day tomorrow thou.

"On Christmas Day I was angry," Krista Greider said. "I was very upset about it and now I'm just confused on how it happened." Greider told us that she bought the game at Target the week before Christmas and even had to have a store associate unlock a case to purchase it. "Obviously this isn't Target's fault," Greider said. "They didn't manufacture it but I feel they as a distributor they should take some responsibility to get to the bottom of it so this doesn't continue to happen." Greider's daughter, Mackenzie Blankenship, 7, got the Nintendo Wii U console on Christmas Eve from her family. On Christmas morning she got the Nintendo Wii U game Splatoon as a gift from Santa. Hours later, in the afternoon, Greider removed the plastic wrap so her daughter could open the case. The disc Mackenzie saw inside was not the game, but the DVD “Sensual Seductions 2.” "I looked over her shoulder and I grabbed it," Greider said. "Saw the picture on it and she was just 'Why? What is that? Why are they naked?’"

"I was really upset," Mackenzie said. "I said, 'Why did Santa get me this?' [My mom] had to tell me it wasn't him." "She cried a little bit," Greider said. "I had to explain to her a little bit that Santa's elves don't make the video games. They actually get them from the real stores and it had to have been a mix-up that Santa didn't know about it." Greider reached out to Target on social media and got a call the day after Christmas with an apology and a gift card offer for the value of the game. "I'm not OK with getting a gift card," Greider said. "I want to know how it happened and make sure that it goes up the flagpole and that Nintendo is made aware of it. [Target] said they'd pass it along and somebody would get back to me and I haven't heard anything since."

We reached out to Target and Nintendo for comment but the corporate offices were closed for the holiday. A Target manager did tell us that all games and DVDs come into the store packaged and the store cannot sell anything unsealed to a customer. "You just wonder, how often does this happen and is anything being done to correct it?," Greider said. sauce

Ok, first of all if this happened to me, I would probably be on the line IMMEDIATELY (if not sooner) to Nintendo customer service. Secondly, wtf? I mean I'm ok with porn, but if I want a game I BUY A GAME. If I want porn: I BUY A porn (NOT THAT I do mind you, just saying. :P ). And for it to be inside a kid's video game? Yea, I am kind of glad that I don't shop at Target to begin with anyway. So my guess is that Target is the issue here, not Nintendo.
